When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Standard License
Upon purchase of the files from PJ Sketchbook – Digital Products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable Standard License to access the files for personal and commercial projects in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The Standard License includes access to the files for unlimited personal & commercial projects (where the lifetime sales do not exceed 5,000).
If you need an Extended Commercial License for over 5,000 sales or for app use, please get in touch for pricing details. Kindly note that you may use the files to create artwork (ie. logos, branding, packaging, etc.), but you may not resell, give away, or include the actual files as part of your end product for sale or in an editable format. License Agreement
The License Agreement (“agreement”) is a legal contract between you and PJ Sketchbook – Digital Products. When you purchase a product from PJ Sketchbook, you are purchasing the right to use that product under a particular set of conditions. These conditions range from how many devices the files can be installed on, web use, whether the files can be embedded in digital documents, and more. It’s important to read and understand this agreement because it defines your rights as the licensee, acceptable use of the files, and the rights that PJ Sketchbook reserves.
Purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the files indicates your confirmation that you understand and agree to the terms of this agreement and that you have the authority to bind the person or entity specified on your sales receipt (“licensee”) to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you are not permitted to purchase, download, install, or use the files. Upon payment of the files, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files under the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
In this agreement, “product” and “files” refer to the digital products you purchase from PJ Sketchbook, including fonts, illustrations, tools, and resources, as identified on your sales receipt. “You,” “your,” “end user,” and “licensee” refer to the customer who has purchased a license to use the product. An end user is not defined as a distributor, reseller, dealer, sub-licensee, or other wholesale buyer.
License Grant
Upon purchasing the files from PJ Sketchbook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and revocable Standard License to access the files for both personal and commercial projects, in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The Standard License allows for unlimited personal and commercial use, as long as the lifetime sales do not exceed 5,000. If you need a license for sales exceeding 5,000 or for app use, please contact us for pricing details.
You may use the files to create artwork, such as painting, watercolor artwork, and logos, but you may not resell, distribute, or include the actual files as part of your end product for sale or in editable format. If you have any questions regarding license usage or need a special license, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Third Party Usage
The files purchased from PJ Sketchbook may not be stored or used in a manner that allows access to the public or non-licensed third parties. Sharing the files with contractors, freelancers, clients, or any other third party is strictly prohibited. If a third party such as a client, independent contractor, or freelancer requires access to the files, they must purchase their own license.
The files may only be installed and used on the devices of the licensee and may not be rented, leased, sub-licensed, given, lent, sold, or further distributed to any third party. If requested, you must provide PJ Sketchbook with the addresses of all locations where the files are installed. Any unauthorized use of the files, including on unauthorized social media platforms or websites, must be immediately discontinued at PJ Sketchbook’s request. You may not use the files in a way that could result in a third-party claim that contradicts the terms of this license agreement.
File Modification
Modifying the digital files provided by PJ Sketchbook to create derivative works is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise attempt to uncover the source code of the digital files contained within them. Creating derivative works by adding additional functionality to the products or creating any other type of derivative work is strictly prohibited.
Copyright Policy
The files and designs offered by PJ Sketchbook are our exclusive property and are protected under international and domestic copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. This agreement does not grant you any rights to trademark or any other intellectual property rights to the files. All intellectual property rights in and relating to the files and its structure, organization, and code are the valuable trade secrets of PJ Sketchbook and are protected to the fullest extent of the law. You may not dispute or contest PJ Sketchbook’s exclusive rights and title to the files or the validity thereof. You agree to treat the files as confidential information and exercise reasonable care to avoid unauthorized distribution.
