Unfortunately, this is not applicable to Android devices. You must have an iPad or iPhone and purchased the latest version of Procreate app to use these products.
Delivery
You will received an email instantly with a downlink link to the files or you can also download the items in your account page on our website. Please be mindful as our download link will only be available for 7 days to protect our privacy.
Sometimes emails get lost in the spam folder. Please check! It’s also possible that we received an incorrect email address. Send us a message on with your name and email so we can look into order list. However, if you are not listed on our backend data, we can not give you another link for the items.
