Refund Policy for PJ Sketchbook – Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will not be issued once the files have been sent. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from PJ Sketchbook. If you experience any issues with your order or are not completely satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation.
Warranties and Limitations
To make a warranty claim, please notify PJ Sketchbook along with a copy of your sales receipt. If the file does not meet your expectations, PJ Sketchbook will either replace the file or issue a refund at our discretion. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the file or a refund of the license fee paid. All files are provided “as is” and PJ Sketchbook cannot guarantee the performance or results that you may experience from using the files. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
PJ Sketchbook does not warrant that the files will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. We will not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Note that it is not permitted to register the files, or the end product incorporating the files, as a trademark, including logos.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pjsketchbook.com
